Agave Vodka Lemonade
Last night I whipped together a good batch of fresh squeezed lemonade with agave nectar and vodka. I used the same basic concept as for my pitcher of margarita recipe and the results were fantastic. Next time I’m going to add a bit of rosewater and perhaps infuse the vodka with Ginger. Here’s the recipe, kiddos!
- 1 Cup lemon juice (squeeze it fresh!)
- 2/3 Cup Agave Nectar
- 1 and 1/4 Cup Vodka
- 1/4 Cup Limoncello (optional)
- 4 and 1/2 Cups Water
Mix all that together and you’re good as gold - makes about 2 quarts. Don’t forget to fill your glass FULL of ice before pouring in the lemonade. Add a slice of lemon on top for that extra tartness!
